Olympus Group Holdings, Inc. owns the Olympus name and logos. Olympus Pay is a financial technology company. Financial, banking-type or identity services are provided through regulated Olympus entities and, where applicable, through authorised and licensed partners in accordance with applicable laws, depending on region. The Site is separate from the services you use through it. Your account, payments, cards and other services are governed by the Olympus Pay Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with those documents about a service, those documents apply to the service.

02

Accepting These Terms

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or use the Site on behalf of a business that you are authorised to bind.

03

Information Only

Information on the Site is general. It is not an offer to provide any product or service, and it is not financial, investment, treasury, tax, legal or foreign exchange advice. Olympus does not offer investment products, or investment, treasury or foreign exchange advice.

  • Availability depends on onboarding, verification, your country and the regulatory conditions that apply to Olympus there.
  • Features marked "coming soon" or "planned" are not yet available, and can change.
  • Fees and rates shown are correct when published. Fees can change on at least 30 days’ written notice. Exchange rates are indicative until a quote is shown for a transaction.
  • Balances and figures on screen are shown for your convenience. Your statements and the Olympus records are the source of truth.

04

Your Account and Security

Keep your sign-in details, one-time codes and any API keys or webhook secrets confidential, and do not share them. You are responsible for activity carried out with them. Tell us straight away at security@olympuspay.co if you think they have been lost, stolen or misused. Sign out on shared devices. We may limit or suspend access to protect you or the platform.

05

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and fairly. You must not:

  • break the law, or use the Site for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, Olympus systems or another customer’s data, or to disrupt them
  • run automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Site, or bypass its limits and controls
  • introduce malware, or test the security of the Site without written permission

The Site, its design, text, software and the Olympus, Olympus Pay and related names and logos belong to Olympus Group Holdings, Inc., its group companies or their licensors, and are protected by law. You may use the Site for your own business or personal banking and payments. Any other use, including copying or reselling any part of the Site, needs our written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Olympus gives no warranty about the Site and is not liable for loss caused by relying on it, for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Liability for a service is set by the terms that apply to that service.
